How To Cook Chicken Parmigiana:

  1. Tenderize the chicken fillets with a meat mallet until slightly flattened.

  3. Combine one egg with a tablespoon of water and whisk until well blended.
  4. Dip the chicken fillet pieces in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing firmly until evenly coated
